I had a pleasant stay overall at Mercure Sydney Macquarie Park, and the location was fantastic. just a short distance from the MUH Hospital. While the room was clean and comfortable, a few aspects, like the front desk service and noise levels from a large tour group, could be improved. I appreciated the effort from the staff, especially the housekeeping team leader, who was responsive to our needs.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and the hotel was conveniently located near the Macquarie shopping centre and close to bus and train services. However, the breakfast could have been better organized, as some machines were broken and staff were hard to find at times.

I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Sydney Macquarie Park. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk to the Macquarie Shopping Centre and close to major transport links. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my experience quite enjoyable. However, the rooms could use a refresh, as some aspects like soundproofing and kitchen amenities left me wanting more.

Rooms

The room was decent-sized with a king bed, but the mattress was uncomfortable, and soundproofing was poor. I also found the kitchenette lacking in basic items and cleanliness could be improved.

I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Sydney Macquarie Park, which offered clean and spacious rooms and excellent staff service. However, I was disappointed that the restaurant was not available as advertised, and room service prices seemed a bit steep for what I received. Overall, I'll likely return due to the comfort and good location, although some improvements in dining options would enhance the experience.

Unfortunately, the advertised restaurant was not operational, and I found room service options to be on the pricier side with smaller portions. However, the breakfast looked promising with plenty of choices, even though I didn't partake.

The hotel facilities were adequate; however, I noticed that the microwave was not functioning properly, which was a slight inconvenience for me. It's worth noting that the housekeeping staff did an excellent job.

Overall, I had a comfortable stay at Mercure Sydney Macquarie Park, thanks to its clean rooms and friendly staff. However, there were a few downsides, like the breakfast not being hot enough and the room amenities needing a bit of clarity. The location was a huge plus, especially being so close to Macquarie University Hospital.

Rooms
